iTAC (INTELLIGENCE TORQUE ADAPTION CONTROL) SYSTEM

Setting a new benchmark for safety, the BYD SEAL is equipped with advanced iTAC technology, which intelligently manages drive torque through torque shifting, controlled torque reduction, and negative torque output to reduce or prevent skidding. This sophisticated system enhances both safety and handling, delivering a smooth, confident, and secure driving experience.

Free from reliance on scarce materials like nickel and cobalt, the Blade Battery has undergone rigorous testing in extreme conditions, earning its reputation as one of the safest batteries in the world.

ENERGY EFFICIENCY

HIGH-EFFICIENCY HEAT PUMP SYSTEM

The BYD SEAL comes standard with a state-of-the-art, energy-efficient heat pump system. By capturing residual heat from the powertrain, cabin, and batteries, it maximises thermal efficiency and minimises energy loss, helping to extend driving range even in colder conditions.
